CAD Facilities started out as Corporate & Domestic Cleaning Limited incorporated in 2012 as a professional cleaning company providing all aspects of a contract cleaning services. Office cleaning and window cleaning services were the very first services offered, and as such we have many years’ experience as a quality commercial and domestic cleaning and window cleaning provider.
Some in management at CAD have many years’ experience in construction, including plumbing, roofing & general building maintenance to name a few services, so when we were approached by different clients requesting extra services we jumped at the opportunity as such have added these services hence the name change in July 2019.
As our company progresses, we will continue adding other services, in time incorporating all aspects of property maintenance. We take great care to grow our company in a manageable way to provide a reliable company, not spreading ourselves too thinly so projects can be managed effectively. As we add other services we will continue to recruit and train staff to the highest levels.
